Add keyboard shortcut to the Print/Save button and IdentifyPoly tool #85

We need to continue forward the concept of keyboard shortcuts for any new 
tools. For example, the Print/Save dialog should open with a 
Ctrl-Alt-something.  toolConfig_default lists all the keyboard shortcuts 
already in use.
