Enable browser and viewer to handle more than 1 HTTPS layer #88

Currently, only 1 user/pass combo can be handled.
(More than one user/pass layer can be used in morisoliver but only if they all 
share the same user/pass).
Possibly the browser could keep track of more than one user/pass combo if it 
used the realm?
