Increase max features than can be queried (100 is too low for parcels with condos) #99

In Brookline we found a parcel shape with condos that had > 800 units in it.  I 
changed map.js to allow 2000.  (the note in svn says 200 by accident, I'm not 
sure how to change that, we're currently at 2000).  Queries on larger numbers 
of records will take longer, but since the user is notified first (and quickly) 
of the number of records, they can decide whether to see them.
