It's great and really is one of the simplest tips for losing weight. Fat cells
in your body are harder to break down when you are dehydrated. Have a glass of
water with your meal. It does not have to be natural mineral water. I find
water straight from the kitchen tap just perfect.
During the meal take sips of your water. This will help to slow down your
eating speed allowing your body to fully digest the food it intakes. Sipping
the water will help you to feel more full when you finish your meal and help
resist that urge for an extra portion. Water naturally reduces your appetite.
