Create DB during install

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh install
2. Do not create empty osclass in mysql database
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting that script will create database (osclass_db) for me

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest from svn repository 

Please provide any additional information below.
I think that installation script must try to create DB in case if it does 
not exist
