When I enter in the "settings options" I obtain this notice at the "page
title" field:

<b>/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/osclass/oc-admin/settings/default.php</

on line <b>21</b><br />

This error is produced by an incomplete or wrong installation which leads to the
no-insertion of some registers in the preference table.
