Can register users with the same names/login. #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to register user with the same login name.
2. Check in database in oc_user table.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error message is expected.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
username column must be set to UNIQUE.
