Changing language on a website is affecting language settings in admin panel #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change language to any of them.
2. Login to admin panel.
3. Menu is in language that you have selected on frontpage.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Language settings should be separate for frontpage and admin/user panel

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
