Issue in IE #1 [ALPHA 3] #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Event in IE
2. Event Start Select
3. No selection available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A date, un-selectable dates in the intended format.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ALPHA 3, IE on XP

Please provide any additional information below.

The new drop down calendar for the event start doesn't let you select/ender
a day in IE. Works great in FF but most of my company uses IE. I've seen
this a lot between the two browsers so hopefully it should be easy to fix
just needed some attention.
