Reuse DCT for dataset metadata? #27

In writing the document section on dataset metadata I found myself wanted
to explain why we have sdmx:classification and sdmx:publisher instead of
using dct:subject and dct:publisher, and found I couldn't.

Should we switch to use of DC Terms?
