QtWeb 3.8.5 doesn't run under Win2k SP4+post SP4 fixes #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. WinXP/SP3 = works fine!
2. WinXP w/o SP = DOESN'T work!
3. Win2k SP4+postfixes = DOESN'T work at all!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Not a valid win32 application"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
QtWeb until 3.7.4 is working, but lacks adblocking cause issue.
QtWeb 3.8.5 fixed this problem, but is not running below WinXP with SP!

Please provide any additional information below.
I use QtWeb on a very slim thin-client 'Igel 4210'(512RAM/512flashcard/
Win2k+SP4) as surfstation. Last adblock-working version 3.3.31 works fine,
but brings only SSLv.3 and i need in future TLS, like in 3.8.5!

machine with the build 'QtWeb-qtwebkit22.exe'. Please go on and don't let die 
this slim,
