N3 parser chokes on @base directive #22

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write an N3 or turtle document with an @base directive
2. Try to parse it as format='n3'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect the directive to be processed as providing a base for all
relative URIs in the document.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.4.0 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
