Search Profile Activity is confusing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login as tom718
2.choose Search Profile Activity

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This returns a family profile, along with an Approve and a Deny button. But it 
isn't clear to a user what has just happened. It looks like a Family Profile 
record. But in reality, it is a change request. This needs to be made clear. 
There are a number of ways to do this.
1. The Search Profile Activity button should read Approve Family Profile Changes
2. The result should display the record as it exists in the family profile 
table, making it clear that this is the official record, and also display the 
change request. This way, the user can understand what he or she is changing.
3. Very important - we need a separate Search Family Profile button, which 
simply returns the official family profile records. And this should be much 
more prominent than the Search Profile Activity button, since searching 
official records is much more common than approving changes.

This is a major redesign which will probably happen in the next phase
