ActiveRecord version 2.0.2 is required, version 2.1.1 does not work #61

The gemspec requires an old version of activerecord, but 2.0.2 possibly
just 2.0.* is needed.

I've changed the gemspec so that it now requires active record 2.0.2 or higher 
(this
is as of rev 320).

If you're having problems running with 2.1.1, try updating your picnic library 
(`gem
update picnic`).
