Add provisions to allow users to change their passwords

Is there a password change provision in the RubyCAS challenge page itself for 
changing one's password online especially with Active Directory/LDAP ?

Short answer is no. But I suppose this is something that support could be added 
for in the future. Then again I would prefer to keep the scope of what RubyCAS 
does as minimal as possible, and account management features like this probably 
belong in a separate app.
