"Edit this" on one of my published worksheets just seems to refresh the page #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a worksheet and publish it
2. Go to the published worksheet (in the published, read-only view)
3. Click "Edit this"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be brought back to the editing page for the worksheet.  Instead, I 
stay on the public published version.

This should be fixed by some of the recent changes. I updated sagenb.org so you 
can test it, but seems to work for me.
