Two tinymce's created when shift-clicking on bar. #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With revision 965e0bb1e4aa from jasongrout-flask-sagenb (which is the latest 
from Rado's clone), try to create a text cell by shift-clicking on a blue bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Two text cells are created instead of one.

This is fixed on test.sagenb.org, so apparently something extra was merged into 
there that isn't in Rado's latest repository clone.  I saw this in Chrome on 
OSX.

*Weird*.  It just stopped doing this and I can't get it to do it again.  I'll 
close this and open a new ticket if I see it again.
