Should the notebook server come with a robots.txt that either tells bots
to crawl slowly, or examine the UA string and not serve public
@interacts to bots? I'm not sure how feasible or effective that would
be, but it seems better than trying to show the @interacts to bots!

Changing to low priority since public interacts is an experimental feature.   
This should be fixed before making it a standard feature, but that probably 
won't happen before the initial release.
