On sagenb.org, I see a few stderr messages like:

ln: creating hard link 
`/sagenb/servers/sage_notebook-sagenb.sagenb/home/mqueck/6/data/Simvergleich_Y34
.csv': File exists

My guess is that this happens when trying to share data files between 
worksheets.  We should catch the error and do something responsible.
