Battle pan does not resize properly. #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch SWL and change in "Settings" to "Dark Skin"
2. Check buttons are not visible (but they are there)

Resizing not updating correctly
1. Put SWL at full screen window (1080 Full HD)
2. Restore Window
3. Put SWL again to full screen window 
4. Some frames appeared not resized (see attached images)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OpenSUSE 13.1 x64 -  SWL for linux x64 - 564 build

Please provide any additional information below.

Yeah that's known. That's Anarchid's carbon theme and it has a few things that 
need to be fixed, like checkboxes and drop down boxes. Either he or I will fix 
it eventually. I still use it over the default theme because it's just so cool.

The battle pan not resizing is a bug, switching to another tab makes it resize.

Ok. I like a lot the dark theme, but is not a big problem to play without that 
problem. Thank you.

The dark theme has had a lot of updates in the last few days, try it again.
