Screen splitted between with 2 monitors with NOTA games

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activated my two LCD monitors
2. Launch NOTA game (full screen, like Zero-K or BA game)
3. Game screen is splitted between my two monitors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game screen showed only in my default monitor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OpenSUSE 13.1 x64 -  SWL for linux x64 - 564 build

Please provide any additional information below.
Issue happens only with some games (NOTA for example)

Maybe the engine settings are wrong? Or seeing how other games work with your 
engine settings, maybe NOTA has some settings for that?

I don't have two monitors but [Evo]Forboding_Angel in lobby has and he uses 
weblobby, so he might have some ideas, if he's not too busy.

I forgot to say that same issue happen with Zero-K games, but not with BA games 
however.
