Always show version number in titlebar #21

In titlebar or another place that is ALWAYS visible, even with messed playout:

Display a version number.
So that in screenshots or videos the version can be idenffin idei ind so that 
one can see which lobbyversion it is.

or:
instead of version number show a hash created from settings-url.

so one can tell if 2 people are using the same settings/version etc
