Spectator and add/remove team buttons not shown #26

It's possible to get the singleplayer tab into a state where the Spectators 
team and the buttons to add/remove teams are not shown.

1. Open a singleplayer battle, join team 1.
2. Close the battle.
3. Open a singleplayer battle again.

Clicking the spec/unspec switch solves the problem, but that's not intuitive.
