Modified version that includes Australian store prices; colourises the percentage difference

I've written a modified version of the script that includes support for the
Australian store.  The Australian Steam store includes prices in US
Dollars, so some parts of the script were changed to support it.

The New Zealand Steam store works the same way as the Australian one, and
has the same prices (as AU and NZ share the a lot of the same local
distributors, publishers screw both countries the same way).

I've also changed the "less/more" indicators of percentage to be colourised
and show a plus or minus instead.

Oops, I notice that the SVN version of the script has support for AU prices 
already.
 I downloaded the script from userscripts.org and noticed support was absent - which
is why I added it.

Colorisation of the difference would be a good thing as an additional visual 
aid.

Thank you for the contribution. Colourising the percentage difference is a very 
good idea, I'm planning to add that to version 2.0 which will be a substantial 
rewrite. If that version takes longer than I expect, I'll add your changes to 
the current 1.x version.
