Background SVG is not being re-drawn on secondary pages for some browsers #316

In my test page, at http://frugalalgorithm.burningbird.net, I'm using a SVG
background element.

When I click through to one of the site's articles, the SVG is not being
redrawn for Safari and
Chrome, it always is with Firefox (windows and Mac), and Opera (Windows and
Mac), and
haphazardly with IE.

I have to do an actual reload of the page to get the SVG to appear.

Hi Shelley I think I already have this fixed on the head of subversion. I've
attached
an updated version of svg.js (compressed) to this file that I believe has the
fix you
need. See if that works for you; if so I'll close this bug out.
