Many SVGEvents are created and dispatched over time

this svgviewer display svg file ,it's very slowly.please check the snapshot .
it show that svgevent spends much memory and time .

SVGEvent is used to indicate updates to animations. Creating and dispatching 
this
event is a normal occurrence. Your chart only seems to say that many have been
created but does not indicate than many are consuming memory on an ongoing 
basis. In
fact, "Instances" seems to indicate there are only 5 of these.
Combined with the lack of response from the originator, I'm closing this as 
invalid.
