Text label is stealing mouse click

Kurt Cagle is using SVG Web on the following page:

He has a bug on his end that is keeping the page from working (not SVG
Web's fault). I've brought this into tests/non-licensed/kurt1/kurt.html and
fixed his bug. Everything now renders. However, if you scroll down and see
the circle that says "Click Me", if you click right on the text it doesn't
change the circles color; if you click away from the text it does. It
should still work even if you click on the text, as it does with the native
renderer.
