Cannot Add USE elements dynamically #388

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1/ load page dynamic-use.html?svg.render.forceflash=true
2/ click submit button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
you should see a red circle appear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system,
browser, and version of Flash?
firefox 3.5.4 and IE 8, Flash 10, vista

Please provide any additional information below. Reduced test cases are
always appreciated!
The page displays correctly in firefox if not forced into flash mode.
