- remove and refactor poorly written parts

All of the stuff is refactored.

Some notes for future:

1) Did not debug firephp (reason: firephp has a new beta code so some things 
will need to be changed)
2) tgif_diagnostics needs some way to make it more efficient, timers are taking 
too much time. Suggestion: some way to do tgif_diagnostics_simple (which just 
has a page timer) and a way to bootstrap it based on session?
