Add random data routine to benchmarking #30

tgif_benchmark_iterate needs an option to specify that some parameters are
function calls so that we can randomize the data (or something)

Added runGenerator() which does this
Note that also added a routine that allows the timer not to include the 
generator
(though because of precision rules, this will run extremely slowly).

There may be an issue with the sign on the ratio system. But that's really 
issue 29.
