What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type in an incorrect username and/or password. Submit.
2. At the invalid username/pass page, type in your correct username and
password in the login box. Submit.

This results in a successful login, but gives you a fatal error: you must
be logged out and provide credentials. As far as I can tell, this doesn't
hamper functionality at all, it just doesn't make sense!
