XHTML CoolTips bug #13

Hi, checkout those two identical files, with one difference - extension ->
html and xhtml.
In my Firefox 2.0.0.9 WinXP, there is difference between tooltips in those
two identical files.
I expect some bug in Cooltips CSS or JS.
For my web app I am using XHTML, so I need some solution. Can you please
look for solution?
