tooltip is cropped by window border #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have a link close to the bottom of the window, or the side
2. hover
3. the tooltip does not extend outside the window so you can see the whole thing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In Safari 3 the regular tooltip will extend past the Safari browser window if 
needed so you can 
read the whole thing. It looks like it is above and separate from the browser 
window. Your tooltip  
looks like it is part of the webpage, so you have to scroll to see all of it

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i just visited your homepage with Safari 3
