Tooltip with 'prototype window'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a tooltip in a prototype window (http://prototype-window.xilinus.com)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The popup appears at the top of the window and not under the mouse

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0
WXP
IE7 & firefox

Please provide any additional information below.

It was my mistake, forgot to add the css, sorry :)
It works perfectly!

problem in firefox:unable to re-size the box(or window) form the script.
problem in firefox:some content are not displaying properly.
