Select box z-index IE 6 #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. creating a cooltip on or near a select box in IE 6

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The select box is always above the cooltip 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE 6, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe you could implement the IFRAME Shim, which is a hack for the select
box z-index issue in IE 6
