Doesnt work in IE9 #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. visit http://okonet.ru/projects/tooltips/
2. Hover the example in IE9
3. nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: tooltip Got: Nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

IE9 on 32 bit Windows 7 - version is whatever the homepage uses.
