CLI command trans-update-trs doesn't update topic information #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Added a recording/transcription without topics
2. Added topics to trs
3. Used trans-update-trs to update trs
4. Still no topics in web UI

When readding the mp3/trs under another name/ID, the topics are properly 
detected.
