Unable to register in IE #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Call the snippet like [!WebLoginPE? &type=`register` &regType=`verify`
&groups=`web_registrirani` &lang=`hr` &loHomeId=`1` &dateFormat=`%d-%m-%Y`
&registerTpl=`registerTpl` &notifyTpl=`notifyTpl` &successTpl=`successTpl`
&registerSuccessTpl=`registerSuccessTpl` 
&regRequired=`fullname,email,username,mobilephone`  &pruneDays=`7`!]
2. user fills the required fields
3. press "Register" button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected to output a info message and sent password by email.
Instead it's cleared the fields and refreshed empty. no message or email sent.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MODx 1.0.2
WebloginPE 1.3.1
WIndows XP SP3
