The header says 1.3.0 and the installation-guide says 1.2.0. Changelog is 
outdated as well.

In the ZIP file, or the documentation linked on the main page of this Google 
Code area?

Scotty's documentation is slowly being absorbed into the Wiki here. ;)

I just saw the title for this post. Yes, like I said, the documentation there 
is old
and outdated.

It even says it's old and being absorbed into the Wiki.
