HTTP Status 405 - Request method 'POST' not supported #102

Hi,

I'm trying the webpasswordsafe sample WAR deployed with tomcat and it seems 
great, however I'm getting a "HTTP Status 405 - Request method 'POST' not 
supported" on password creation via the API.

The http-demo servlet is working fine though, which makes me think of a 
webpasswordsafe configuration problem.

Have you got any hint ? Is it a routing problem in the code ?

This API function does not appear to be implemented in version 1.3.

I've just pulled the source from the svn repo and compiled that, which fixed 
this issue.

For the dependencies file it would appear that you can still use the 1.3 
version.
