What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Currently only basic installation documentation is included

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Need to complete User Guide, Administrator Guide, and Developer Guide

I don't have a template yet, for this first release probably just basic HTML 
format focusing on text content.  Definitely interested on feedback about the 
content once its done, and improve on presentation for future releases as well.
