Allow providing of iceServers directly to WebRTComm #14

Currently only stunServer and turnServer can be passed independently but some 
online services such as xirsys return a full iceServer string with everything 
already filled out, so it should be allowed to pass this iceServer string 
directly without any need for splitting it.
