Testing FF 29 and Chrome 35 results in errors

ERROR_CONTENT. Session error description: Failed to set data send codecs.."

 fixing typos, allowing patching of ice options for MMS interop, commenting rtp data channel and dtlssrtpagreement optional constraints, fixing duplicate invite sent
