Create Less4jProcessorFilter #842

Create a filter which would apply Less4j processor on the fly to the requested 
resources. It should also handle import statements using built-in less4j import 
resolver mechanism.

This is the next (and last) issue I would like to implement before releasing 
1.7.4. If not this week, it should be ready next week..
