Webinar Response Mechanism #10

Guys,I think we need to start a mechanism using which we can submit the responses of interested candidates for the webinar.Later we can surely decide which is the final call.My Suggestion:

@ramitsurana can we manage that under the agenda page? We can have a markdown file which can be edited via PRs from github. We just need to link that to the website where we showcase our agenda.

@bhalothia we can do that.But I think we need to have a method that is quick.Editing via PR's takes some amount of time.Plus I think it also gives us a fair amount of advantage as when asking interested people to fill up small details rather than PR's.

Any suggestions ? @TheRemoteLab/lets-devops
