As ther repo is new , the structure of the website is not yet defined . If you have any idea about the strucuture or any additonal features to this website then you can work on this issue , comment if you are interested , will assign you the issue.

if you can put the index.html file in the main page of the repo then we can host it here only using github pages , please do it. You can put index.html file in the main page and other files inside the folder
