improve UI features

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

I want to add a hover effect to the navigation bar tabs so that when users hover over a tab, it changes color or style. This will enhance the user experience by making the interface feel more responsive and engaging.

Alternatives I’ve considered include changing the cursor style on hover instead of changing the tab appearance or adding a subtle underline or border effect instead of changing the background color.
