Create Section view does not use given name for the view #34

Hi!

I don't know if it just me, or it seems that the Create Section View does not use the given View Name parameter, only gives the view name as the next letter/number that would be available.

Seems like the old bug in the Tekla Open API (link). But in the newest version of Drawing Link (v.2.12.0) I have bypassed it. Give it a try :)
