Too cold threshold ends game even when on fire #75

RARE: If you are between 1 to 0 seconds cold threshold, and catch fire you loose!

To make this consistent with the warm threshold, we should change cold threshold to be like hot (so if you are below cold and get fire then you get moved out of cold threshold immediately)
