Add POIs and graveyards #57

Covenant interactables, misc interactables, and graveyard locations with descriptions. Localizations will be required for these. (This is a properly synced and more complete version of #44)

Very nice work, sir!

I wouldn't mind finding a way to describe weapons further, but that's for later as an actual feature. It's one of the many things I feel MDT fell short on - explaining some of the POIs and their relevance.
